Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing or using any product or service from BioEnhance. By completing a purchase or accessing our content, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not proceed with a purchase or use this website.

BioEnhance sells digital products, specifically the Hormone Optimisation Guide (the "Guide"), delivered via a password-protected membership website. The Guide is a digital educational resource only. No physical products are supplied.

Access to the Guide is granted immediately upon successful payment and account creation.

3. Purchasing and Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

A purchase is complete when payment has been successfully processed and you receive confirmation by email. BioEnhance reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Cancellation Rights and Refund Policy

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel a digital purchase. However, this right may be waived where you have given explicit prior consent to receive immediate access to digital content and acknowledged that this waives your cancellation right.

At the point of purchase, you will be asked to confirm the following by ticking a checkbox: "I request immediate access to the Hormone Optimisation Guide and understand that by doing so I waive my 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013."

By ticking this box and completing your purchase, you waive your statutory right to cancel and acknowledge that no automatic refund entitlement applies.

Refunds remain entirely at BioEnhance's discretion. We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis where there is a genuine technical fault preventing access to the Guide that we are unable to resolve. Refund requests should be submitted to within 7 days of purchase.

Refunds will not be issued on the basis of personal dissatisfaction, a change of mind, or failure to use the product.

By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us at to attempt to resolve the issue. Where a chargeback is initiated in breach of these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend access to your account and take appropriate action to recover the funds.

5. Access and Account

Upon purchase, you will be provided with access to a password-protected membership website hosted on Squarespace. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account credentials with any other person.

Access is granted on a lifetime basis, meaning for as long as the BioEnhance membership website remains operational. In the event that the website is permanently taken down, all customers will be contacted via their registered email address and provided with a downloadable PDF version of the complete Guide, ensuring continued access to the content they have purchased.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue access to any part of the service where necessary for operational, legal, or security reasons.

BioEnhance reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any account where these Terms are breached, without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content contained within the Hormone Optimisation Guide and on this website, including but not limited to text, structure, formatting, and design, is the intellectual property of BioEnhance and is protected by applicable copyright law.

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Guide for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

You must not:

  • Share, distribute, or redistribute the Guide or any part of it to any other person
  • Reproduce, copy, screenshot, or republish any content from the Guide in any format
  • Resell, sublicense, or use the Guide or its content for any commercial purpose
  • Use the content to create derivative works for public or commercial distribution

The Guide may not be used for any business, coaching, consulting, or commercial purposes without prior written permission from BioEnhance.

Any breach of these intellectual property restrictions may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may give rise to legal action.
